Zmud newbie |
Total noob here with zmud and I do not code.
Can someone help point me which help files for the following;
1) Want to set up one window that has three "panes" -- character 1, character 2 and auto-mapper. Also is there a way quickly toggle between player panes? alt+tab for example?
2) A total noob set of directions on how to set up and keep a trigger. I've created and saved a list of triggers multiple times only to have them "disappear" when I View--Triggers.
example. using the Trigger button--->New Trigger---> %1 says, "heal (trigger) pray heal full %1;continue (response)---Save. Close the window....View Triggers...blank
3) Baseline settings to change and KEEP font type/size/color settings for every time I log in..currently I have to change font and reload color settings every single time I log in.
Thanks for your help. Don't put too many bullets in this newb! |

1. #HELP docking, ctrl+tab
2&3. Sometimes you have to right-click on the program icon and 'run as administrator' at least once to ensure it knows it has write permission on the system. |

Thanks for the help, running as administrator solved the trigger issue coupled with Settings-Save and thanks for the control-tab command.
As far as #HELP docking, not sure what you mean. I've searched the Zmud website for docking as well as simply typed #HELP in the command line for the client, I'm coming up empty in both cases. Maybe I'm not looking in the right spots. |

Also is there a way to import alternative background colors? Thanks again!

#HELP pulls up the help system.
Docking is one of the pages therein.
#HELP docking
Should open up that page directly (it does in CMUD).
If not, search the help files for the word docking, it explains the process well:
Also, you can just visit this page:
http://forums.zuggsoft.com/modules/mx_kb/kb.php?page=3&mode=doc&k=2643
You should be able to change the background color from preferences. |

Thanks for the quick reply, so it looks like the docking directions outlined in CMUD isn't the same for Zmud. The Zmud knowledge base documents seem to be way different than CMud as well, less comprehensive. I could be looking in the wrong spot?

The basics of it should be the same.
If you click and drag the title bar of a window that needs to be docked, you should get the ghost outlines of the docking tabs.
Center means tabbed with this window, the side edge means tiled along this border. |
