Setting a command to trigger after a certain amount of time.

I'm sure I've asked this before and wish there were a better way to search the database.

I want to make a trigger that sends a command every hour or so. The command would be +time. How would I do this?

I keep having to reinstall Cmud for this reason or that every year or so and I lose what little tricks I have learned in the past.

You want an alarm for this:

#ALARM "hourly" -1:00:00 {+time}
