Name Incorrect error

The 'name incorrect' error means that the key does not match the program you're entering it into. If you have CMUD2, that key will not work on CMUD3. If you have CMUDpro3, that key will not work on CMUD3. They are very specific. If you get this error, double check what you have downloaded.
It has nothing to do with your personal name. Sorry for the confusion about that.

This would be an error of using a license key for one specific product, on a different product in the store.
