Sometimes Paypal doesn't sent the automatic notice of completion when your payment goes through. Also, Yahoo is currently blocking us, and hotmail was a few weeks ago. Please send an email to support at zuggsoft.com with your name and email address so I can look up your record and figure out which problem caught you.
