Bought and paid for zmud, no contact from site.....
Having to escalate to paypal to try and recover the cost now :( |

Definitely not a scam. Just a small family business currently tended by just me unless it is a complicated back end issue.
Response time runs 24-48 hours. |

Not sure what's going wrong then....I don't have any spam filters setup on There's nothing in spam/junk email folders....

I have mailed support@zuggsoft.com from the email address above...looks like it was delivered fine so I don't think the issue is at my end. It's a mail address I have used for years with no issues, no filtering or blocked addresses.....

The issue is at your end. I have no other reports in the past week of others unable to receive emails from zuggsoft.com, but you obviously haven't received any of my replies. I have sent several. Is there an alternate email address we can use?

Hotmail and it's offshoots sometimes decides that zuggsoft.com is a spammer and blocks everything from us. There is no way for us to get off their list.

Zugg was able to fix it remotely. I have sent new keys to 2 of the alternate addresses provided.

I hope that everything works fine on your end.
Sometimes you just need to reach out for them. A few months ago I had this problem with an online shop called Petstreetmall. I am surprised that they did resolve the issue about the dog bath products that I have purchased from them. |
