zmud windows 10

Has anyone managed to get zmud 7.21 to work in windows 10? If so, can you provide details?
I know it is in no way supported, and yes I have used cmud successfully in win10. |

I have it working on Win 10 Pro. I noticed the latest windows update messed up the SQLite.dll, so I rolled back the changes and reinstalled without issue. I then disabled updates for the time being.

I installed it in windows 10, I clicked on the icon, it ran. Did nothing special.

I have not heard of any issues with triggers saving....
Unless you are are connecting with the default session (hit escape at session selection window) instead of saving/loading a specific session for the game you want to play first. |

For settings to save, you probably have to set it to run as administrator.
So, run as administrator, and combatability mode of XP SP3, and it should run perfectly. |

I thought it was running great on install then when I first ran the application it said that the database for mudlists was already in existence (I'd been running CMud trial for a couple days) and then it just froze on the initial little splashwindow when it says "initializing".
I'd not mind buying CMud if it didn't keep crashing on me and corrupting character session files whenever I try to close tabs mid session. |

Why would you be closing tabs (assume you mean child windows) mid session?
Are you trying to cobble several active sessions together?
That is not the recommended way, given the docking issue with windows 10.
Better for each character to have its own session, running in its own instance of CMUD. |
