Screen Problems

When i try to add a new alias, the alias, variables, etc... screen shows only the standard buttons and nothing else. I cannot see anything other than the buttons. What can I do? I cannot add any variables, triggers, alias' or anything.

If you mean that the section which should show triggers, aliases, etc. is blank, then select the appropriate button.

If you mean it isn't present, you've probably managed to somehow shrink it out of sight. Try resizing it.

If all else fails, don't despair. You can still add and edit variables, triggers, aliases, etc. the way we did before the editor. For instance, to view your triggers type #TR. To create a new trigger, #TR {trigger phrase} {trigger actions} {class} {option list}. To edit an existing trigger, #TR {trigger phrase} {new actions} {class} {new option list} (yep, just overwrite the old one). To remove a trigger #UNTR {trigger phrase}.

Not as convenient as the editor but it does work.

Sounds like another case of the setting.dok blues. Try deleteing that file in your zmud directory.

I love you Vijilante :) Sorted! Woohoo. Been sitting trying to sort aliases and macros by hand for the last few hours :)

Thanks!
