Problems with using function keys (f1 - f12)

I have used an old zmud setting for about 10 years. As i was forced to go windows 7 i was forced to go cmud. My problem is that my settings work until version 2 and works fine with that. But i bought version 3, sadly kicking myself over that one. Anyways to my problem when i use function keys for anything my commands get repeated 3 times. Have tried even with blank setting and this still happens

This is a known bug. It occurs if you have 'Macros override menu shortcuts' disabled in your preferences. Enable that option, and I think it will work.
