have any of you tried this setup? want to know if saving my packages to dropbox will work correctly or if it messes with something?

It should work, in the sense that as long as your computer can see and access the location it doesn't matter where you save your datafiles. However, I dunno if an app like dropbox tries to sync up by downloading newer files. If it does that part will fail per standard Windows file-locking rules, since CMud is open and using the files (I believe that persists after you close the session but before you close CMud?).

If you log off and close CMUD, you won't have any issues running CMUD from Dropbox. However, it does fail file-locking rules if you try to run another instance from another computer and sharing the same package.
