Labels - How do I edit them?

When I create a link between zones it creates a label. How do I move this label? Or hide it?
Is it possible to create a room associated label (not just text on the map)?

To make room-associated labels:
1. switch map to Map mode
2. right-click on the room
3. Label / (label location)

The first time, the label is the room name itself.
Repeat the steps 2-3 above and you can modify the text. If you modify the text, you will also set the short-name of the room.

Ah, thanks!

Is it possible to hide or move the "to zone" labels? I don't _always_ want them to show up ...

Indeed, sometimes you REALLY need to move them. Like in this case:

And I only managed this solution (which involves modifying some values in the .dbm map file):

If you find this solution acceptable, I can look into the .dbm file and try to remember which values to change.

As for hiding them, the easiest way is to enter a space, " ", as the name of the exit.
