Not a good start...

I just purchased CMUD and guess what Zugg...apparently the name I registered with isn't the right name now for licensing. So you just took my 30 dollars and didn't deliver a working product.

I copy pasted to the clipboard just like the email said and when I click on the button to register the product the fields auto fill with the information but when I click enter I get an error saying the name is incorrect.

Not cool and I'm really working hard at not flipping out.

Instead of posting to these forums, why don't you try emailing them at their support address? You can use support@zuggsoft.com or sales@zuggsoft.com (could try both to make sure they see it at least once). You're the first person I've heard that this has happened to, and they're very friendly at fixing problems. So work hard on contacting support instead of claiming they didn't deliver a working product. No need to come off like an ass about it.

One question is whether you delayed before trying to register the product. The registration code is only valid for a period of time (I think 8 days, but I'm not certain). I don't expect that to be the problem; most people are quite anxious to get started and wouldn't wait long before registering. If by chance that is the problem, it is easily solved. If you sign in to the store, there is a form which you can use to get a new registration code any time you need it; it arrives at your registered mail account within minutes. Each code is only valid for a limited time, but once Cmud is registered on any particular computer you don't need to register it again unless you delete and reinstall from scratch.

But as I said, I don't expect this to be the problem, so you will probably have to contact Zugg at the support address. As Charneus said, they do try to fix problems like that fast, once they know about them.

Above posters, you're right, I did come off as a bit of an ass, however, I had -just- purchased cmud then followed the download link and email instructions.

I deleted my old zmud and the cmud from the email link and redid it and it worked this time. Thank you again for the help and I apologize if I came across poorly.
