Using Game Controller |
I'm prety sure there's no way to do this, at least not without a plugin...
I want to hook up a controller I use for my Super Nintendo Emulator to zMUD so that I can play using the controller instead of zMUD, guess I'm pretty lazy :P
The thing is, I try to make a macro with it and zMUD doesn't recognize the keypresses on the gamepad like it does with the keyboard.
I was wondering, is it possible to get zMUD to recognize the gamepad as an input device, just like the keyboard (Kind of like a keyboard with 6 keys to macro with a direction pad)
Oh well, if not able to do it with zMUD, are there any plugins available to send commands from the gamepad to zMUD?

I don't know of a way to force zMUD to recognize the game controller, but alternatively, is there a driver that'll make the game controller send regular keyboard text? I used to have a flight-stick that'd let me program text into it. Maybe that'll work for you.
