Doubled Local Echo |
Hi All,
I currently connect to an SSH session with cMud Pro. At times, I would like to use this session to create a telnet session.
(Before you ask, it is because I want an encrypted wrapper on my telnet session.)
Unluckily, when I do this I get the local echo twice. Is there a way to kill off only one of these command echoes? I have noted that if I try to set the echo before I open the telnet session with:
telnet
unset echo
telnet address port
I still get both local echoes. Obviously this is not the end of the world, but I would love to put things back to a single command echo in the color of my choice.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Sincerely,
Philologist |

I assume you have already gone into the CMUD Preferences and turned off the Local Echo in the session page? Does that help?
