Map walks not working for SLOW and SAFE walks

Trying to use the map for moving around. If SpeedWalk Mode is set to FAST MODE, I can double click on any room and am moved to that room. Of course, this is not the "safest" mode of travel, especially walking through an agressive area.

When I set the Mode to SAFE MODE, the path is transmitted to the Mud, I end up in the correct room on the session screen, but the MAP only moves my indicator 1 space (initial direction) after the entire path has been completed - thus losing me on the Map. I.E., I want to travel North then West, I double click that room, the Map sends N W to the Mud, I end up in the correct room, but the map indicator only moves NORTH after I have reached my destination.

When I set the Mode to SLOW MODE, the first direction is sent to the MUD, my indicator moves that 1 step in that direction, but then the path does not continue and is timed out (5 sec).

I have tried it with a completely clean session (no scripts, aliases, etc. and just a quick 5 room autogenerated map). Same behavior.

Can anyone assist me in this odd map behavior?

>Edit: I think I have found a correlation - the MUD does not seem to send a blank like between the last line of the room and my prompt. It looks like the mapper is still waiting to see that the prompt has returned. Here is an example of movement by hand and the displayed text on the session window:

A Forest Road
The forest road is long and bleak, stretching as far as the eye can see.
Tall trees rise on either side of the overgrown thoroughfare, offering cool
shade. To the left is a small evergreen with needles brown and falling
away. The tree seems diseased in some way, as its bark has a strange white
powder upon its surface and appears nearly dead. The forest road leads
north and south.

Forest Road
The dirt road is overgrown with weeds, as it has been traveled very
rarely of late. Tall trees on either side make a heavy canopy overhead,
blocking out the sky completely. Groups of small insects whirl around each
other in a whirlwind of activity, resembling some sort of strange dance.
Although there are quite a few of the small bugs flying about, they are
virtually noiseless. The road continues north and south while it also
branches to the west.

A Long and Lonely Road
Surrounded by a vast forest, the overgrown road seems endless. The sky
can barely be seen through small spaces where branches have failed to fill.
An occasional leaf falls to the ground, carried on a gentle breeze. To the
left, a tree has fallen and is covered with moss from the years it has laid
in the cool, moist shade. The road makes its way north and south.

Check your configuration. If the pattern in the MUD Prompt section doesn't match your prompt, the mapper will not know that you moved.

Thanks for the suggestion. Confirmed. I even did a reconfig to make sure. And, from the manual movement demo of the Mud output, the map keeps track of my moves. The map keeps perfect track of my movement around the zone, and even between zones, as long as I either do it manually, or set the Mode to FAST. So maybe my supposed correlation is not correct.

Any other thoughts?
