[3.32]Bug: #HELP %function is broken

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open untitled session.
2. Type #HELP %sort on the command line.
It pops up with this:
You can still do the search manually in the search bar, however.

Confirmed and added to bug list. Because the help system is set up to use URLs to link to web pages, the % character is getting parsed as a URL encoded character value, like %20 for the space character. Should be easy to fix.

Is also failing even though the error message knows the proper shorthand for the command is #MAKEW |
