Packages and Windows

Okay. I am getting confused gurus. I have created a few packages that I want to be global to your game session package window.
For instance I play on Shadows of Isildur, this creates a package. I have created a package called Character Data. In this package is a bunch of triggers and aliases. There is also a window called Status. Now I want this window to always dock to the right of any game session window. I went to the advanced settings in the window and it give me all the types of docking but when I look for the package to make it attach to it only shows the Character Data package, not the game session window. How do I get it to do that?

I also have another window I want always mount to the bottom of the game session window too by default.

1)hover the mouse pointer over the title bar of the window you want to dock.

2)Click and hold down the left mouse button and drag the window around. A series of small icons that vaguely resemble windows should appear showing all the possible docking locations available.

3)move the mouse pointer until you are over the correct docking location you need.

4)let go of the left mouse button to commit the movement of the window.

Doing it this way is easiest, as trying to do it via the Package Editor is such a confusing hassle. There ARE a few quirks about the docking system you need to realize, however:

1)you cannot, under any circumstance, choose a docking location that exists within the rectangle your window currently occupies (these locations will fade away after a few moments).

2)while I think this might possibly be a 3.xx beta issue (at some point early in the cycle, I seem to recall some tweaks to the docking system), it seems that minimized windows sometimes prevent docking at all, causing ALL docking locations to fade away after a few moments.

3)there appears to be an unofficial limit to the total number of windows you can have in your session before the layout just automatically corrupts itself. It's not something that (as far as I know) is coded within CMud or the 3rd-party component that governs the docking system, but 13 seems to be the largest number for a working and stable layout file.

4)Some, but not all, CMud "system windows" (mapper, DB module, etc) equate to session windows where the docking system is concerned (that is, they count towards the maximum number of windows for a working and stable layout file.)

I've tried doing that I still can't get it to dock. I hold the left mouse button down. I see the icons that look like windows in the middle of the session. I try to move it towards the right and it doesn't dock. The only thing it tries to do is become a tabbed window.

Don't move it to the right edge...move it onto the icon that shows a right dock.

The only icon I see is one that show up in the middle of the window that shows all sides. I try to move it to that icon and nothing happens. There isn't any other icon. Sure wish I could see a video of someone doing it.

Inside the yellow square you will see the basic docking hub. (and all you will see unless you have tiled windows)
When using the docking hub the central button (circled in green) will dock the windows together, tabbed.
The other four will tile it to the corresponding edge of the window in question.
If you want to tile it relative to the current layout, instead of to a single other window, use the buttons in red.

Okay.. How did you get the first windows to doc as a tiled window, since I only see the central button. I don't see any of the buttons in red. So my question is how did you get the first window to dock to the edge? When I do get it to dock, will that window always doc to the right of the window session of any game I am to make sure it does for any game because this is a package you will be able to download and install.

That would be the corresponding edge button of the docking hub in yellow. The ones all around the green circled one.
