When i change them everthing is OK, but when i restart CMUD the 'button place' in session window back to default blue color.

Quite a few parts of the interface don't use the correct theme (at least, if "flat" theme is chosen) when loading CMUD. They do if you change to a different theme and then change back though.
It has always been like this, I think. |

If by "button place" you are talking about your button toolbars in your session window, they are not controlled by the theme. They have their own background color preferences. Click the Prefs button in the main toolbar, then select the "Buttons" tab and you'll see the background color options for each button toolbar within the session window.
