Using zMUD 6.23 to connect to Astaria.org

just can't do it...
I could log on 2 hours before I updated.. After the update though, I kept getting a message about the mud not being found.. Ping kept giving me good results, and my friends were all logged on to Astaria.. Reverted to 6.22 and logged on without any further problems. Is it my system configuration that is somehow incompatible with this upgrade, or is that a bug? |

Are you running a firewall software like ZoneAlarm? Those programs usually notice that the checksum has changed between the different versions and the new version is still not authorized to connect.
The second alternative is the default with windows: reboot. :-P |

Again, 6.23 is a beta release. This should be discussed in the BETA forum.
