[3.17b] BUG? Invalid #Reset ID resets everything.

It seems that if you give #reset an invalid ID it resets everything as if you didn't give it one. While perhaps not a bug, a simple mistake could cause real issues.

I'll add that to the bug list, but I certainly haven't changed anything regarding that so it's probably been true even in zMUD.
