Simutronics DragonRealms Questions

I am evaluating DragonRealms and have offline questions for someone who has experience using CMUD as the client.

I've searched on DragonRealms and have looked over the previous posts and have read the Simutronics Support help, but still have some questions about what is possible through CMUD scripts.

What is the list of possible codes (not just those that CMUD is prewired to receive)?
Is it possible to send a code to the MUD to trigger the MUD to send additional information? I understand that Gemstone automatically supplies more information through GSL than DragonRealms does..is there a way to get the additional information in DragonRealms?
Is there a support contact at Simutronics that people here use for questions of this type...or a link to a place that has this type of information?

If someone knows this information and does not feel it is appropriate for this forum, would you respond by email (shotgun.slade@gmail.com)?

Many thanks

CMud is prewired to receive all known GSL codes, and it will then record the last-received value of that code. If you want to know what Dragonrealms is sending, simply open up the Simutronics Preferences and look at the list shown there. Most of the tags are pretty obvious as to what they are for, but you will have to be sharp to notice some of the GSw variations.

One thing to keep track of is what GSL mode you are using. Wizard mode, for example, only sends GSw0008ignore this, but in eScape mode it will send an XML-like tag with the weather/moons info. Similarly, the GSB tag that includes a reference to your login character's name is only sent in Wizard mode.

As for a list (from memory):

A -- the instance of the game you are logging into
B -- the name of the character you are logging in with
P -- the number of the picture to display
Q -- the unix timestamp equating to the end of your roundtime (as determined by EST/server time)
q -- the unix timestamp equating to the current time
o -- begin room name (definitely part of room info, but I might be remembering the wrong part)
p -- end room name
e -- begin "send to familiar window" data (empath TOUCH results, among other things)
f -- end "send to familiar window" data
i -- begin room exits
j -- end room exits
? -- begin room description
? -- end room description
l -- contents of the left hand
m -- contents of the right hand
w0003 -- begin "capture deaths" data
w0004 -- end "capture deaths" data
w0008 -- weather data

I think I'm missing a couple and there might be some I never managed to see, but beyond that there's no way to get extra information like Gemstone. If you want the extra information, you need to use Stormfront mode. While CMud supports that mode, it does so less completely than the GSL modes and there may or may not be scripts enough to normalize the output.
