[3.14a] Crash when using 'New Host Connection'.

I found that I try using 'New Host Connection' more than once, a crash will occur. This happens if the 'first' connection was another 'New Host Connection' instance, or a regular session instance:

In a 'fresh' install of TeSSH:

1. Create and save a new Session.
2. Connect to the session. (There is one tabbed window at this point.)
3. In the 'Sessions' button drop-down list, pick 'New Host Connection' --> <session>
4. Click on the tab for the second connection window

Result: TeSSH crashes

Confirmed and added to bug list. Looks like a side effect of the changes made for the fixed command line. Will be fixed in the next version.
