[3.13] Sounds no longer working.

I installed CMUD 3.13 on my Windows XP laptop, default c:\CMUD directory for the program, selected c:\CMUD (same as program files) for the sessions. When I logged into my game (Simutronics' Modus Operandi), I noticed that the sounds that the triggers for the sounds that normally play when someone logs in, when a radio broadcast is made, etc., are not playing. My sound files are in my c:\CMUD\ModusOperandi\Sounds\ folder, unchanged since before installing 3.13.

edit: corrected path for Sounds folder.

Further info: Stating just the name of the .wav file, without the path, does not work.

#play 514.wav
--does not work.

#play "514.wav"
--does not work.

However, if I specify the full pathname of the sound file in the trigger, it works.

#play "c:\cmud\modusoperandi\sounds\514.wav"
--works.

Also, the above is true both when I set the trigger up in my main MUD window, and when I set the trigger up in my "Communicator" capture window.
