Dragonrealms XML stream?

Is it possible to use the XML steam in dragonrealms?
I remember before there was some issues with dragonrealms not using standard XML tags(or something else similar)
Any insight would be helpful.

You should be able to use it. You might want to post this to the normal CMUD forum (this is the beta testing forum) where more people will see it, but I think there are people using CMUD with the Dragonrealms XML. You typically set up MXP triggers for the various XML tags and/or use the !ELEMENT MXP command to define the XML tags you want to handle.
Old versions of CMUD (and any version of zMUD) didn't handle the <tag/> self-closing tag which caused problems. But that was fixed in one of the 2.x updates to CMUD a while ago now. |
