Error closing my Zmud

When I try to close my zmud or any window of the zmud (trigger/mappers etc)I have a little window pop up saying "Cannot create file" Nobody I talked to knows what the problem is.

What version are you running? What version of windows? It sounds like you don't have permissions to write to the hard drive. Check to be sure you have the proper access set up. Also, check to make sure that you're trying to save in the zMUD directory. I don't believe zMUD allows you do write to anywhere but the zMUD directory, but I could be wrong. Check that, just in case.

I know you get that same message when you delete the .mud file corresponding to the mud you are connected with. You should check whether or not it's still in that mud's folder (or if the folder even exists).

Inside zMUD's directory on your harddrive there are directories for every mud you have a character on. Inside those directories are a whole bunch of files, including the .mud file. It is a file with the same name as the folder, and with extension ".mud". Just check if it exists.
