Ok, so I downloaded and installed the zmud version 7.21, played it for 1 day, and now i'm getting a system clock error...i JUST re-installed windows, and haven't changed the time at all, but now I can't get into the program at all...if someone would be so kind as to help me out here, i'd be much obliged...

As I said, the last time i successfully ran the program, it said I had 29 days remaining...I bought a copy of the license key back in 2002 or 2003, but I have LONG since lost the information about it, and am planning on buying the program again, but i can't even get to that part...someone please help me out here!

Thanks in advance

Not sure what to suggest to resolve your problem.

I do have a question though? If you're going to get a new copy of the client, why CMUD. It's a completely program designed to be be a next-generation MUD client with a high degree of compatibility with zMUD. The latest public version can be found here

Because I know and understand how to script zmud, alot has changed in Cmud that makes my knowledge useless..trying to put my prompt in #ST makes tons of #stat bars, niether of which have any numbers in it...damage counters don't work, and all around, i can't get anything but the most basic features to do what i want. I prefer Zmud for the ease of use, and the fact that i know the syntax for most of it.

If you are having trouble with your scripts in CMUD, then you probably are not using the scripts properly in zMUD either. CMUD is a superset of zMUD scripting, and stuff like #ST for showing values from your MUD prompt work fine in CMUD. CMUD just has a stricter syntax than zMUD in most areas. You might want to create a separate post with your specific scripting questions so people here can try to help you.

On your clock error, you need to email support@zuggsoft.com for all license-specific questions like that. We can send you a code to fix the clock error. Just keep in mind that zMUD is not supported on newer versions of Windows..
