Dockable help and settings editor? |
Are the help and the settings editor dockable? if not would that be something that could go on a "feature request" list? Sorry if this is the wrong forum? I use two monitors side by side and I'd like to be able to dock them.

No they are not currently dockable and I believe they are already on the feature request list.

Actually, I don't have any plans to dock the Settings Editor. That is because the Settings Editor has it's own docking control to allow you to rearrange the various panels (tree, class view, editor, etc) within the settings editor. And this cannot be done while also allowing the settings editor to dock with the MUD windows.
In general, you should not leave the settings editor open all the time while you are playing. While it doesn't slow down the MUD session as much as zMUD did, it does have a performance impact.
For the help system, the F1 "quick reference" is designed to dock with other windows, but not the full help window. |
