Session Manager Toolbar's Don't Display

Hello,

I'm a long time ZMUD user who just purchased CMUD and am in the process of setting it up the way I like it when I discovered this. I don't know if it is happening to just me or other people. When I open the Session Manager window I noticed I can add toolbars (Toolbar, Mud Toolbar, Edit Toolbar, Mud Connector Toolbar and Customized Toolbars) by right clicking in the menu area. I love this idea although when I exit the Session Manager window and then re-open it the toolbars are gone. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug.

Thanks for the help.

Installed on XP machine. Version 2.37

Changes to the Session Manager toolbar are not currently saved. Only changes to the main menu/toolbar within a specific Session are saved with that session. Sorry.

Thanks for the reply.

At least I'm not doing anything wrong then..Was curious when no one replied for a while, thought it was just me with the problem :)

So when you say are not currently saved does this mean they will be in the near future? Makes character management a lot easier :)

Yes, it's on the to-do list for the future. Can't promise when. Is there a specific command/menu that you think should be moved or changed to make it easier to use?

Well not for the toolbars, no. It looks just how I was hoping it would work. The only other thing that I miss is when you are editing session properties the option to mark characters as old after X days. I know that I can view sessions by date but it's not the same as seeing a session grayed out.

Yeah, the "age" feature was a kludge that I made to the old Windows ListView component. Since CMUD uses the newer ListView component for Windows XP and Vista, my trick for showing aged sessions no longer works, so I just had to remove the feature, sorry.

Would it be feasible to separate them by putting them underneath a line or something? (Like Explorer separates by type of drive in My Computer.) Bonus if you can collapse the list of "old" sessions.

No, the Windows ListView component doesn't have any way to collapse stuff like that. The "line" idea might be possible, since Explorer uses the same ListView. But it's not going to be a big priority for now.
