[2.29] Paste to search field

I have been meaning to bug this for ages now, but have always forgotten. Bit late NOW though, but hey.

Its not possible to paste a line into the search field in the PE. Which sucks, I mean.. I discover a rogue trigger while playing, and want to find it and have to type it in. Ctrl+v should work at least.

I'm assuming you mean the package editor. I can ctrl-v into it just fine.

Ctrl-V works fine for me here. I see that the Edit/Paste menu doesn't work, so I'll look into that.

Edited: The problem with the Edit/Paste menu is that the edit box in the Search bar isn't using a standard Windows/Delphi control. DevExpress is doing some weird stuff to put an edit box into a toolbar/menu, and it doesn't actually set itself as the "active" control. The Edit/Paste command pastes the clipboard into the "active control". I've reported this to DevExpress, but I doubt they will change it since it would probably have a lot of side effects with existing customer code.

I'll see if I can come up with a trick to determine if the search box is actually the active control or not, but not for v2.30, sorry.
