Macros that do not work

For some reason with CMUD I can't macro all the keys I used to be able to on zMUD. I just upgraded from the 1.34 or whatever it was CMUD to the current and now my macros on home, pg up and pg dn don't work. Any way to counteract this?

Do you have
Options -> General
Look for the checkbox
Menus Override Shortcuts...

Yep. Still hitting those certain keys does nothing. I mean pg up and pg dn will move the screen up and down but not the action I have macroed to it.

Some keys just won't macro I think. But I'm sure one of the Gurus will respond!
