[2.22] empty settings editor

Okay, by system has been a little screwy, so this may be all me but... when i tried starting up CMUD Pro I got the following:
Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author.
Several times. But reinstalling seemed to fix it. However, now my settings editor appears blank, even though the settings are still activating properly.

Delete your settings.xly and settings.tbz. This happened to me a couple times because of bugs with the tree view and other controls, but deleting those files always reset the layout for me.

I saw this is in 2.21 I was able to just re-enable the panels (going to View -> Panels in the settings editor) and get it going.
