I think your layout file might be messed up. Try holding down the SHIFT key when you connect to your session and then redock your windows.

Otherwise, if this still happens, I'll need a procedure that allows me to reproduce the problem from a blank session in order to fix this.

In 2.22, I no longer get an error closing a window through right click, but instead, no action occurs at all when selecting close on [docked window] the rightclick menu. Tested with a blank session:

Procedure:
1. Open cMUD
2. Press ESC
3. Open Status Window and dock it
4. Right click on tab and select close
5. Anxiously wait for something to occur :P - At this point in 2.21 it was just crashing, could be due to layout but I upgraded to 2.22 before I saw this.
