Whenever i mess around with the layout (docking and undocking), the command line option is reenabled for that child window.

Ha! I knew I wouldn't be the only one with this problem. I posted about it earlier (I believe the last post I created), but mine was slightly different. Everytime I closed out CMUD, it would replace the command bars in all my child windows. Thankfully, I only have two, but I know people who have as many as 10 or more.
Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon, as it wasn't an issue in 2.18.

Confirmed and added to bug list. This is definitely a new bug because it was something I already fixed once back in v2.20.
