[2.20] Crash when record variable is changed

The procedure I came up with for generating this crash is nothing like how it was caused originally. I have seen this crash when attempting to view a record variable with the PE after a trigger has changed its value. I could not find a procedure that reliably produces the crash using that method, but this appears to be the same crash point.

Procedure
1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions Window (ESC)
3. Enter at the command line
Code:
#ADDKEY a {a} {a}

4. Open Package Editor (CTRL-G)
5. Check the Use Default for the variable 'a' and click save changes
6. Enter at the command line
Code:
#RESET

7. Click Refresh button in the PE
Code:
