Package set to read only |
Last night when I got on cMUD, my settings package had a red message box at the bottom. It said:
This package is marked as Read-Only. Changes will not be saved to *.pkg file.
Then to the right of this there is a button to force a save. Well, this is pretty annoying for me. Last night, my computer automatically restarted to install an update to something, so cMUD was closed, and then I lost all the data since the last time I did a force save. I've looked around quite a bit, and I can't find a way to change this setting. The package file isn't set to Read-Only on the system, because I went to its folder and looked through its properties.
It wasn't like tihs two days ago, either, it just all of a sudden changed.
Any help is appreciated! |

to fix this:
Open the settings editor.
Edit --> Package Properties.
Uncheck read only. |

Hm, I can't believe I missed that, although it is pretty small down there. Thanks a million!
