Logon to Achaea after upgrade to 2.18

After upgrading to latest version, cannot logon onto IRE's Achaea with imported Achaea files from zmud. I get two messages combined as "Enter an option or enter your character's name. What is your password?" all on the same line. Only way I can connect is to delete the session, rename the package, and connect by selecting the game from the all muds tab. But the next time I try and connect using the new package I get the combined message again. Any thoughts?

thank you.

Go to the session tab and make certain that your character name is set. Also you may wish to uncheck auto login.

thanks Arminas - I have already tried that - cmud seems to submit my character name but not my password or ignores my unchecking auto login. further if I try to blank my character name and hit save changes, cmud still has it in the field if I use edit session immediately after saving.

Check your package for an Autologin class that contains triggers to send your character name. It's possible that there'll be more than one trigger or something. You may need to recreate the session because if it's sending a command at logon (there's an option for that in the autologin window) then there's not an easy way to fix it.

I have been trying various fixes for this problem including what Fang and Arminas (thank you both) suggested for each release of CMUD but to no avail. Finally got it to work by importing my Achaea zmud session into an open boiler-plate Achaea session provided by CMUD Previously had just imported the zmud session at the characters screen of CMUD.

Blimey, I wish you'd posted sooner! Hate you think you've not been able to use CMUD for all this time Shocked
