Working for me. Preferences->Styles->Debugger Window Messages. Changed font to comic sans.

Ahh, I see. Yes, you can change only the font for debugger messages, but font selection for the font that echoes MUD text into debugger window is not work. Seems it is the bug.

No, this isn't a bug. It should display the text from the MUD window in exactly the same font that is used in the MUD window. The purpose of the debugger is to show exactly what was displayed in the MUD window (same fonts, colors, etc). The Style that Fang mentioned is only used for the messages that report various text to the debugger screen and for the #DEBUG command.

If this is true then could the debugger use the same timestamp format from the main window as well? Also, if the settings you set in the debugger would remain after Cmud was restarted it would be wonderful.

The debugger *should* be saving it's settings. Which specific setting isn't being saved across sessions?

I'll add the timestamp style request to the wish list.

Yep, you're right, they are saved. Perhaps when I noticed it before CMud had locked up/crashed or somehow not closed down properly because I see the settings staying put now. Sorry!
