ZMud window shrinking when scrolling over buttons.....

I'm using Windows XP with a theme on, and for some reason when I have zmud open, the window wants to shrink a little bit everytime I scroll over one of the buttons, IE: File, Edit, View. Only those top main buttons not the others like the Aliases button or any of those.. what could be causing this and how do I stop it?

You are using a program called Windowblinds, or one similar in function to it. You need to set it up so that ZMud is excluded from that program's functionality. Or just remove it entirely.
