[2.13] CMUDPro PathExpand and PathReverse seem to be broken.

I was following up on this post and it seems %pathexpand and %pathreverse are broken.
Here are some of the commands I tried.

#show %pathreverse( 3nden)
#echo %pathexpand(3nden)
#echo %pathexpand("3nden")
#echo %pathreverse(3nwen)
#ECHO %pathexpand("3nwe;open door;n")
|
PathReverse seems to only output a blank line. Pathexpand only seems to expand where you have semicolons. |

Actually, I cannot confirm this. I can confirm it doesn't work in a *blank* session, but in a blank session, the "English Directions" package is not loaded. So be sure the English Directions package is loaded into your session and that it is enabled.

I initially tested in a blank session. When I retested in an offline session it worked like a charm.
