[2.12] Changing themes produces extra window

I expect this is in some way related to the theming changes resulting from
http://forums.zuggsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=28646

the following assumes you're using any of 'No Theme/Normal/Flat/Office XP' themes currently

1. Open CMUD
2. ESC to untitled session
3. Change theme to 'Aqua'
4. Change theme to 'Normal'

Notice another unnamed window is created

had similar problems

Downloaded 2.12 - Pro.

Opened up worked fine

Switched to Aqua theme (in CMUD)
Switch back to the themse that CMUD starts with

It opened up a blank screen which had a grey background, and then crashed

Restarted CMUD, now the session i was using when i switched themese and switched back starts with a light grey background and i cant see, to enter any thing on the command line

Im using Windows Vista Home Premium.

This probably messes up the layout file for your session. So hold down the Shift key when you click the Open Offline action and it will rebuild the layout file.
