[2.11] Ways to break stuff by pasting settings

I think all of these are tied to problems with the paste not creating a window correctly when the window is pasted. There are a few different bugs here, and they can all be generated with the same pasting xml.

Procedure A (List index OOB crash)
1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions window (ESC)
3. Open Package Editor (CTRL-G)
4. Click in the tree panel of the PE
5. Paste in the xml from above
6. Select File|New from the PE menu, enter a name of break
7. Click the untitled tab in the PE window
8. Drag the break window setting from the untitled package to the break package
9. Close CMud with the big X
10. Launch CMud
11. Close Sessions window (ESC)
12. Open Package Editor (CTRL-G)
13. Select File|Open from the PE menu, navigate to the break.pkg and open it
14. Click the untitled tab in the PE
Procedure B (multiple break windows appear)
1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions window (ESC)
3. Open Package Editor (CTRL-G)
4. Click in the tree panel of the PE
5. Paste in the xml from above
6. Select File|New from the PE menu, enter a name of break
7. Click the untitled tab in the PE window
8. Drag the break window setting from the untitled package to the break package
9. Right-click on the break tab in the PE and select Delete tab
10. Answer yes to removing the package
11. Select File|Open from the PE menu, navigate to the break.pkg and open it
Procedure C (untitled window gets vanished)
1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions window (ESC)
3. Open Package Editor (CTRL-G)
4. Click in the tree panel of the PE
5. Paste in the xml from above
6. Uncheck the Window is Visible for the break window, click save changes
7. Check the Window is Visible for the break window, click save changes
8. Uncheck the Window is Visible for the break window, click save changes
I had also managed to generate 2 different AV crashes while playing around with all these, but didn't quite get a good procedure for either. Crash dumps from those follow even though they may be useless or possibly unrelated.
