[2.09-2.10] Wrong package removal

1. Start cMUD
2. Connect to some new session.
3. Open package library and download atleast 2 packages. For my test I used SBPackage and TextToSpeech.
4. Close the session so the session window opens
5. Edit the session and go to the tab 'Package Files'.
6. Add the 2 test packages by clicking the + button. First add SBPackage, then TextToSpeech.
7. Now left click on SBPackage.pkg in the packages list. Press the '-' button to remove it, and notice that the package is not removed at all. Instead one of the other packages in the list is removed.

Confirmed, sort of.

I did this with two local packages, one named foo.pkg and the other named Cowbell.pkg. What happens is that foo.pkg gets added first and get put at the end of the list. When I add Cowbell though it's displayed in the middle between English Directions and English Keypad. When you click remove ( '-' ), even though foo is highlighted, the last one added i.e Cowbell is the on getting removed.
