[Cmud 2.03]Settings and Sessions problem.

First, I started out with one session, made triggers and some variables. I opened another session and worked on some triggers there as well. For a bit, it was fine, then suddenly I started having strange problems inside the settings window. Somehow, whatever my cursor was pointing at, copied itself to the next variable or trigger I pointed at next, seemingly appearing to have made dulicates, but not really having done so. This got worse when I tried to delete the settings I saw as double. In the end, I shut down cmud, and when I opened it again, I could no longer get into the right sessions. For example, my session for Lusternia took me into Achaea, and my session for Achaea took me into another mud. I got frustrated and left it be for some days. Now I returned to it two days ago, and I delete the sessions I made completely and made new ones. One for Achaea, one for Lusternia. The settings seem to work fine now, however, I cannot open two sessions no matter what I try. So I cannot duplicate the original problem I had, and am now stuck with another.

I hope this makes sense, because I do not really understand it myself. Thanks.

The problem with the sessions mix up is a matter of the layouts auto saving. Delete the relevant .xly files and that should be fixed.

The problem with settings getting mixed up is a matter of the tree view getting out of synch with the actual settings, and I have been trying, without success, to make a replicatable procedure for it since v2.00. Actually I think you are the first other person to even see it occur. Generally you can close the package editor and reopen it and everything will be fine for a while. I have not seen this particular bug cause any damage to any settings. It appears to be entirely visual.

Regarding the settings. Yes. I remember I tried to delete all the triggers and variables, it wasnt until the second time I deleted them and remade that, that I realised it was just visual. But as you said, closed the settings window, and then open again, it worked for a bit, and then did the funky duplicates again. That's about the point I gave up.
