CMUD 2.02 ETA |
OK, I've got a good set of bugs to work on now. I hope to have the 2.02 update ready by late Friday if all goes well. I've delayed CMUDPro until some of these more serious issues with 2.01 are fixed.

Plleease fix the numlock thing this release. Please please. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but honestly I can cope with the crashes, except it kills me every time it crashes and I restart and go to enter my name/pass but oh no, I can't, because numlock is on so it sends gibberish directions instead. It is just adding insult to injury.
Otherwise, good work! CMud 2 has breathed some new life into my gaming. |

OK, it's pretty clear already today that I'm not going to have all of the bugs fixed in time for a release today. Unfortunately, I can't program this weekend, so I'll have to postpone the release of 2.02 until next week. Chiara and I have our 8th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, so I'll try to get the 2.02 version released on Tuesday. Just depends upon how long it takes me to fix some of these bugs. Several of them have taken a lot of time to track down.
Thanks for your patience. Please keep testing 2.01 over the weekend in case you run into any other new bugs that haven't been reported yet. |

OK, nevermind, I lied ;)
I'm not going to get *all* of the new bugs fixed, but I think I have fixed the problems with the ANSI color and MXP, so I think I'm still going to do a v2.02 release later today so that people can play with the new version over the weekend to see if they can find any other color/MXP issues.
After all, why keep testing 2.01 when it has so many basic problems in it.
So, keep an eye on the beta forum later this evening and I'll try to get another release out for everyone to play with over the weekend. |

And there was much rejoicing, "Yay!!" Then we all bowed to the mighty Zugg and said, "Wow! 8 years, congratulations!"

I got the 2.02 version released. I'm going to go eat dinner and will be back in an hour or so to see how it is going. Hopefully we won't need any quick fixes tonight (crossing fingers).
