[1.33] Deleting Settings Odd Occurance

For some reason when I right click a trigger and delete it in the settings editor in the left hand pane it expands a totally separate class folder as well. For example I have a certain class folder expanded to show all its contents, and I find a trigger I don't need. I right click and delete it and immediately another class folder will expand showing all of its contents as well. Of course in now way are they even related so I have no idea what would cause this behavior.

That's a really weird one...I've never seen it happen here. When you delete any setting, CMUD tries to select the next setting of the same type to make it the active setting. It's possible that some other setting is getting set to the next active one...like maybe the next one sequentially in the database or something like that. Deciding which record to display when a record in a database is deleted can be tricky, so maybe there is something odd about the arrangement of your package file that causes this.
