package editor
--- > new
----> new menu
- fill in the details
- Exit the editor
----> Right click
No menu items, and previous items have vannished. but the settings are still there

I couldn't recreate this. Are you making sure you save your new menu? Is your package where you're creating this menu enabled and visible to the window you are trying to access it in? Do you have any other speed-menu items?
