[1.30] disconnected sessions

when disconnected ticktimer runs instead of stopping (also causing my triggers on tick timer to fire :P)

I imagine this could be argued both ways. Auto turn it off? or keep it on while disconnected?

Most people would probably want to keep the timer sync'd, while disconnected, so when you do reconnect it is accurate.

As a work around I am sure you could use an event to turn the timer off when you disconnect.

makena is correct...many people wanted the tick timer to still run when disconnected, so that was changed in CMUD.
