When will buttons be able to be shared across multiple windows?
Like button X shows up in windowA and windowB....

Never. All settings in a window are strictly private to that window. Except when the courts say otherwise, Windows = not sharing.

I'm not sure if this is referring to having one button show up in multiple windows, but to having buttons contained in modules show up in any window, which they did last time I checked. If it is talking about that, I do agree that some sort of toolbar option to have that toolbar display in all windows would be nice. I haven't really played with the toolbar settings enough to know if this is possible though.
