dissapearing tabs in zmud screen

I don't know what I did, but I did something that made the little tabs at the top of my interface screen disappear. They were the buttons I could click on to open up map or alias screen or macro, buttons, etc.
I cant seem to find anything in the options to make them come back.
Someone please help.

1.) Hit the View Pull Down
2.) Go to Preference, General
3.) Make sure the check box for 'Main Tool bar' is checked.
That should fix your problem. |

Thanks for the advice, but that was allready selected.
I figured out what it was though if anyone has the same problem.
Go to where the toolbar = should - be and start right clicking. If you hit the right area there will be an option to toggle visible or not. Toggle visible and violla.
