The package/settings editor

The package/settings editor does not save the positions of toolbars/rebars. While being able to move them is great (I personally hate their default positions), it makes little difference if their positions are not saved and reloaded the next time the dialog box is created.

That is correct. This should be fixed in one of the future versions.
