Can't Purchase Key

I had Explorer Pro on my old computer and now I have a new one. I dled it for my new one but no longer have the info for my old copy. I bought the first key using my Cash card...I never use a CC for OL purchases. For some reason I can't get the charge thru your system and can't purchase the key. Is there some way I can send a check to pay for a new key so I can use AC Explorer again? Any help would be appreciated.

If you want to purchase a new key, the following link shows that PayPal and money orders are available. For further questions, send email to sales or support@zuggsoft.com.

If, on the other hand, you want to attempt trying to get your old key back, send email to either of the above addresses. Zugg absolutely refuses to even discuss such things on the forums. |
